Eric L. Gilmore, President of Gilmore Building Co., is a licensed construction supervisor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He earned an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and a Master of Science degree in Construction Project Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts. Eric has managed both commercial and residential building projects throughout his career in the construction industry. For the past six years, working under an esteemed local builder, Eric has built high-end homes in Shrewsbury, Northborough, Westborough, and Grafton.
Eric resides in Grafton with his wife and two sons. His business was established with a commitment to architectural excellence and customer service before, during and after the sale. Eric is committed to creating lasting value for his customers in the homes they build together.

The vision of Gilmore Building Co. is to build new homes with the architectural charm of the original houses that lined the streets of New England towns in the 1800s. Homes built centuries ago "… were gracious because they favored the elegance of simplicity." Gilmore Building Co. strives to revive the art of building beautiful homes. While the exterior of these homes will mirror the past, the interiors will reflect the needs and desires of today's homeowner. Elegant staircases, large family rooms open to eat-in kitchens with modern appliances, master bedroom suites, and all of the materials (flooring, fixtures, mouldings, etc.) one would expect to find in today's new homes will be found in the houses built by Gilmore Building Co.
Miscoe Brook Preserve will feature homes modeled after the Greek Revival style of architecture, very popular throughout the 1800s. In fact, the Greek Revival design was coined the "National Style" for that time period. Gilmore Building Co. has had the privilege of consulting with Tom Reardon of Benoit Reardon Architects who specializes in custom designs. Mr. Reardon has shared his expertise so that the architectural "vocabulary" is consistent throughout the development. Each home will be unique, but the development will have a cohesiveness rarely seen in today's marketplace. The homes built at Miscoe Brook Preserve will attract buyers with a great appreciation for the architectural details of antique homes. Gone, though, are the pains of restoration and old home maintenance.
